can anybody give me a list of legendary pokemon I can catch without cheating in fire red and coliseum they can be from any generation pokemon they just have to be the legendary ones 3 or 4 from each game would be greatly appreciated thanks :)

Articuno (Islands East of Cinnibar)
Zapdos (Power Plant)
articuno mew mew-two zapdos moltres deoxy lugia latios latias idk where to find some of them because they move there nest all over
Isn't Rayquaza in there? I know it is in Ruby and Sapphire but...
