Do people get sore after having sex, waking up the next morning?

Just wondering. Not just "down there" but like in your legs and shoulders, etc?



Yes. Both down there, and in the muscles. As long as you aren't in too much pain, or bleeding, then it's just a memory (hopefully pleaseant) of the event.





If you are bleeding or in extreme pain, you need to 1) see a doctor and 2) find a partner who can be more gentle.




you can, it depends on how "intense" your sex was. did you know that in an hour of sex, you can burn 260 calories? so based on that fact, yes you can get sore but you might not.




Yes. Any kind of physical exertion can make a person sore. Especially when I was first having sex my legs would be sore for a while afterward.




Sure, that's normal muscle soreness. Treat it like a real workout and you can get much stronger muscles if you rest and recover!




well you are moving around a lot and your muscles are working...so soreness can be expected
