I got a pandora battery and when i put in my old battery it frezzes up? I need Help?

After I install the 3.71 M-33 it is all fine but when i take the magic memory stick and the pandora battery out and put my regllar battery in it frezzes and u can't move. All you can do is go in recovry mode.
