Help with my sons webkinz account please?

When he tries to log on it says please make sure your password is correct. We went through the process of resetting a password, and it will not take it either. Will not let him log on at all. He has 30 webkinz, and I have alot of money in it. I can not find a phone number, their custamer support is ridiculas. Has anyone ever expierenced this? Please help



Well make sure it is spelled correctly, if his password was racecars make sure he remembers it is not something like rasekarz or something. P.S racecars was totally random!




I agree with the spelling but, if you don't know what to do and the customer support isn't helping go to the littte help link at the top, or send a question of a account that isn't working. How long has it been since you bought a new webkinz? It could just be that your account has expired, this has happened to someone else i know once and her acount just expired. BTW you do not and you cannot 'hold' money in an account. Once you buy the webkinz you buy the webkinz. So you shouldn't worry about money. It just seems like your overreacting, some websites can be down on maitenance, or maybe you spelled the password or username wrong? All can lead to the website can just be having some problems




number one if you had a son and were an adult, you wouldnt be spelling coustomer wrong!
